Workshop sessions are scheduled for the late afternoon in order to allow visiting scholars to combine attendance with their work at the archives. The first two days are devoted to research-papers and discussion, the third day of the workshop will feature special presentations by archivists and librarians.
The languages of the workshop are Russian and English.
Those interested in participating and presenting their work are invited to send a CV and a short abstract of their presentation (max. 200 words) to by 1 April 2006. Graduate students and young scholars are particularly encouraged to apply.
Due to funding constraints participants will be expected to cover their own travel and accommodation expenses.
