Rote Armee Fraktion
A collection of more than 1.200 digitized documents by and on the Rote Armee Fraktion (Red Army Faction, 'RAF'). The RAF was founded in 1970 as a group of urban guerilla in West Germany. The collection includes all publications, interviews, communiqués and other public statements of the group. The original documents are held at the Rote Armee Fraktion Collection of the International Institute of Social History, Amsterdam.
The 1917 Stockholm Peace Conference
The efforts of international Social democrats to organize the 1917 Stockholm Peace Conference can be found in various archives. Dr Martin Grass of the Swedish Arbetarrörelsens Arkiv och Bibliotek (Labour History Archive and Library, Stockholm) has brought together press communiqués, minutes of meetings, photographs and other documents from the Dutch-Scandinavian organizing committee and the delegations that came to Stockholm from all over the world to plead their case. Together they paint a picture of high aspirations that collided with power politics and national interests.
