The Encyclopedia of American Labor History will be a three-volume collection of approximately 600 entries varying in length between 500 and 5000 words. The Encyclopedia is intended for a wide audience of non-history professionals and non-specialists. Its most likely users will be secondary school and community college students and general readers with an interest in the subject matter who will find it available at their local libraries.
Contributors writing three short entries or one key (long) entry will receive the entire three volume work as compensation upon publication of the encyclopedia.
