The Society for the Study of Labour History is delighted to announce that this year's annual lecture will be delivered by Professor Máire Fedelma Cross. Her lecture draws upon her recent book that was published in the Studies in Labour History Series, 'In the Footsteps of Flora Tristan: A Political Biography' (2020).

Professor Máire Fedelma Cross is an Emerita Professor of French Studies at Newcastle University; Trustee and Former President of the Society for the Study of French History, and Honorary Vice President of the Association for the Study of Modern and Contemporary France.
