The 2013 Labor and Working-Class History Association Conference, "Rights, Solidarity, Justice: Working People Organizing, Past and Present" will be taking place from June 6-8, in New York City. In Zusammenarbeit mit dem Deutschen Gewerkschaftsbund Bonn und der Gedenkstätte für die Bonner Opfer des Nationalsozialismus wird die Ausstellung "Kampf dem Hakenkreuz" vom 5. Juni bis zum 21. Juli 2013 im Stadtmuseum Bonn zu sehen sein. Die Ausstellung zeigt politische Graphiken und Karikaturen sowie Originale von Agitationsschriften, mit denen zu Beginn der 1930er Jahre die nationalsozialistische Bewegung demaskiert werden sollte.
Join us for a unique film screening in connection with the Bibliotheca exhibition at OSA Archivum, exploring the idea of libraries as special, almost spiritual places through short films about library design. The films will take you on a journey through different library spaces and their transformations, the past and future of the book, and the dissolution of knowledge into information.
