Last Call for Contributions

The International Newsletter of Communist Studies 30.09.2008, Mannheim
Deadline: 30.09.2008

Dear Friends and Colleagues,

Thank you for having sent in your contributions for the upcoming 2009 issue of The International Newsletter of Communist Studies. For those of you who did not do so yet, as a last reminder we prolong the deadline towards September 30, 2008. If you plan to contribute a book review or a longer text, you may send in until then an abstract (of a few lines up to one page) for the printed edition of the INCS. In this case, the deadline for the full text in the online edition is January 15, 2009.

The conventional paper version will, as usual, be printed as a supplement to the Jahrbuch für Historische Kommunismusforschung, published by Aufbau Publishing House in Berlin, which will be available in the beginning of next year. The unabridged online version will be put onto the International Newsletter's website at about the same time.

We will gladly accept any kind of scholarly news and contributions which may fit into the following sections:

The Newsletter publishes texts in English, French, Spanish or German.
Shorter contributions and news in Russian, Polish, Italian and Portuguese will be translated.
