The next Pennsylvania Labor History Workshop is scheduled for December 11th at the Eckley Miners' Village. Two papers will be distributed in advance to the workshop participants and we will spend about an hour discussing each paper. Afterward the workshop participants will have an opportunity to take part in a guided tour of the historic Eckley Miners' Village and have lunch together if they choose. A second workshop will be held in April 2011, specific date and location to be announced later.
The workshop is interested in projects that concern Pennsylvania labor history, but it is also a venue for labor historians based in the state whose current research is focused on other locales.
