In der zeitgeschichtlichen Diskussion schält sich heraus, die 1970er und 1980er Jahre als die politische Inkubationszeit für eine an Markt und Betriebswirtschaft orientierte Politik zu untersuchen. Auf dem Workshop "Changes in Social Regulations - State, Economy and Social Actors since the 1970s" wird entlang der Kategorien Motive, Akteure, strukturelle Mechanismen und ideologische Implikationen nach dem gesellschaftlichen Wandel seit den 1970er Jahren gefragt. Das "Netzwerk Geschichte" der Hans-Böckler-Stiftung - ehemalige Stipendiatinnen und Stipendiaten - lädt damit zu seinem dritten Workshop ein.
Die Tagungssprache ist Englisch.
