Alexandre Christoyannopoulos specialises in politics and religion, in particular Tolstoy’s political thought and Christian anarchist thought and practice. Uri Gordon is a participant ethnographer and political theorist, with research and supervision interests including contemporary anarchist and quasi-anarchist movements; non-western anarchisms; anarchism and philosophy (both humanist and post-structuralist); interfaces between transformative practice and theory; and the politics of science, technology and the environment. Ruth Kinna is a historian of ideas and political theorist with research interests in late nineteenth- and early twentieth-century socialism, contemporary anarchist thought, the relationship between anarchism and Marxism and processes of ideological formation, aspects of utopianism and resistance politics, art, work and politics and political violence and terrorism. Dave Berry’s research has been primarily on the twentieth-century history of the Left, of the labour movement and of anarchism in France. He is currently working on Daniel Guérin, on Platformism and on a multidisciplinary study of anarchists and anarchisms in post-1945 France.
