The recent publication of the Library of the Friedrich Ebert Foundation lists 979 newspapers, journals, minutes and reports of German and international building and construction workers' organizations held in the library in Bonn. The inventory is arranged systematically. All political tendencies of the building and construction workers' unions have been included (social democratic, liberal, Christian, communist, syndicalistic). An introductory chapter in German language gives an overview of the organizational history of German and international building and construction workers' unions. Another chapter examines the development of trade union newspapers.
