The International Research Center "Work and Human Lifecycle in Global History" at Humboldt University in Berlin, funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) invites scholars to apply for 10 to 15 international research fellowships (senior scholars and postdoctoral candidates) for the 2013-2014 academic year. Applications are due in Berlin on 31 August 2012.

It can be studied from many different points of view-historical, economic, sociological, or legal-but it is fundamentally about the struggle for human rights and social justice.
