Meanings of the Revolution
According to its latest Bulletin (no 23, 2000) the Centre de Recherches d'Histoire des Mouvements sociaux et du Syndicalisme (CRHMSS), a research centre at the University of Paris-1, is going to change its name to Centre d'Histoire sociale du XXe Siècle. More change is expected as the CNRS, the French organization for advanced research, is renewing its various programs.
