die Mitschrift der Stichpunkte auf englisch und der Inhalt sprechen für
eine Zuordnung zu Maiskij, der nun Jahre lang in England gelebt hat und u.a.
"unsere", d.h. die russische, Konferenzinitiative anspricht.

3   Resolution des Allrussische Kongresses der Bauernräte zum
Krieg und zu den Kriegszielen veröffentlicht am 12.5.1917. Dort werden
u.a. die Bauern in allen Länden aufgefordert, die Annexionspolitik ihrer
Regierungen zu bekämpfen, ein Sonderfrieden wird zurückgewiesen, und
es wird die Zustimmung zum Versuch des Arbeiter- und Soldatenrats, die Arbeiter
aller Länder im Friedenskampf zusammenzuführen, ausgedrückt,
abgedruckt in Browder/Kerensky 1961/2, S. 1114f.
