Christianne Smit, De volksverheffers. Sociaal hervormers in Nederland en de wereld 1870-1914.

Daarvoor wordt een seminar georganiseerd op donderdag 10 december 2015 (15.15-17.00 – Utrecht, Drift 21 Sweelinckzaal). Ieder is van harte welkom.  Op de bijeenkomst wordt de publicatie gepresenteerd en treedt Piet de Rooy op als coreferent. Daarna is er ruimschoots gelegenheid voor discussie en debat. De voertaal is Nederlands.

The Clean Clothes Campaign (CCC) is a global network whose objectives are to end sweatshops and to support garment workers in the third world. The CCC’s archive is now with the IISH.
CCC was established in the Netherlands in 1990 and is now active in eleven countries, including Spain, Germany, France, and the UK.

Pour la première fois, un album d’histoire retrace les liens entre Français et Espagnols durant quarante ans.
