CfA: Postdoctoral Research Fellowships (Lisbon, Portugal)

The IHC — Institute of Contemporary History (New University of Lisbon) has an open call for applicants for three Postdoctoral Research Fellowships. Applicants must have completed their PhD degree in the three years prior to the application.The fellowship will have a maximum duration of three years. The project does not have to be limited to the study of the Portuguese historical reality or the study of the historical reality of Portuguese-speaking countries.

Transnational interactions between Marxism and Christianity that emerged outside the sacred canopy of official institutions of East-Central European socialist states had been largely overlooked in the post-1989 narratives.
